Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Time (within the U.S.)
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.

Total Estimated Delivery
Standard: [production + transit range] 5-14 business days from order date

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are based on total product order value.  Orders less than $75 are shipped at a flat rate of $6, orders above $75 will be shipped for free.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the print facility.

Multiple Item Orders
Items may ship separately and arrive at different times, tracking information will be provided for each and all shipments.

Delays
Occasionally, delays can occur due to high demand, holidays, or quality control. If your order hasn't shipped within 7 business days, contact us at ai.aironic@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
